Hi there!

As I moved from a working guy to a liveaboard cruiser,
I thought to try my hand at a 'blog,' and use
standard 'blog' tools instead of my good old HTML editor.

I was thinking that blog editing tools might be easier or faster.
But, I wanted to keep the look and feel
of the web site I've been maintaining for 14 years.
That meant writing code, and learning a bunch of stuff that I really have no interest in learning.

It was too much trouble.
Besides, I don't want on-line discussions, or a database, or dynamic content. Anyone who has ever wanted to reach me has been able to find the contact me tab on my main page.

Heck, my What's New page has served as a chronological index, and the Project Log pages have served as a something of a diary.
In fact, one could say I've been blogging before the term existed.

So, we'll see what happens to this page.
It might end up just being a redirect to the what's new page.

In the meantime, I'm just going to create a standard, easy template for personal web log content, and call it a day.

No animals were harmed during the making of this blog.
(Except for fish.)

Blogs?

We don't need no fancy Blogs!
