I'm putting 12 Volt outlets on both sides
of the main cabin,
because they come in real handy.
The wiring goes out the back and up to the wiring ledge on
the edge of the headliner, where it runs back to a dedicated "outlets"
breaker on the main DC panel.
This is the one on the port side.
They're made out of mahogany scraps I had laying around
in the garage.
Mahogany is very light. I think these blocks weigh about 4 ounces each.
On the Starboard side it's attached to the bulkhead. Hopefully
I measured right, as I'm planning to eventually add a cabinet face on that
side, and it should fit right behind
the outlets.
